What's the catch on "free"?
There isn't a clock on it. The program engine is arithmetic running on our server, not a language model, so a free account costs us nothing per session — which is why we can leave it open instead of squeezing you at day 14. The one paid feature is the AI Coach at $4.99/mo or $39.99/yr. If you never want to ask a chatbot about your training, you never need to pay us.
"Adaptive" is a marketing word. What actually changes?
Three numbers, from your own log. If your last set missed the rep target or you rated the effort at the ceiling, the next prescription comes down. If you cleared it with reps to spare, it goes up — a plate on a barbell lift, a rep on a bodyweight lift, minutes on a cardio slot. It also tracks your best estimated one-rep max per movement and tells you when you beat it. Nothing more mystical than that, and you can see the arithmetic move after every session.
I don't have a gym. Is this actually usable?
Yes, and it's not a token bodyweight mode. Choose bodyweight and it programmes push-ups, dips, pull-ups, inverted rows, split squats, glute bridges, hollow holds and planks, progressing on reps and on held seconds rather than load. Cardio — walking, running, cycling — progresses on minutes. Change your equipment later and it rebuilds the program around what you've got now.
What happens to my data, and can I take it with me?
Straight answer: there is no export button yet. If you left today you would be copying your numbers out by hand, and you should weigh that before you put six months of training in here. What we can tell you is where it goes — into your account over HTTPS, never sold, and on a free account never sent to any AI model, because free accounts make zero AI calls. On Pro, the question you type into the AI Coach plus a one-line summary of your current targets goes to Anthropic to answer it. Nothing else does.
Is there a camera thing that checks my form?
No. Not in beta, not in limited release — there is no camera code in this app. It's on the roadmap and we've written none of it, so we can't honestly tell you what phone it would need or when it lands. If a page anywhere still implies otherwise, that page is wrong and we'd like to know about it.
Can I get a human coach through this?
Not today, and we'd rather say so than take your email for a list. Coaching is a separate product of ours called
VitalCoach, coaches are still applying, and there is no matching flow between the two apps — nothing hands your Spotter history to a coach. If you're a coach who wants to be on that list,
apply here and a human reads it.
Who am I trusting with this?
BizBot Technology LLC, a small company in Chula Vista, California, run by Steve. He built the engine that writes your sessions and he answers
hello@bizbottech.com himself. We're new, we have no user numbers to wave at you, and there is no praise from anyone else on this page for a reason. Hold us to what the app does instead.
